Today, I was trying to wipe a hard drive on my gaming machine using DBAN 2.2.6 and kept seeing two "unrecognized devices" in the list of available drives. When trying to run the DBAN wipe, it would crash, complaining about /dev/sda and /dev/sdb.

I'm sure you've seen those "capcha" images on various sites -- you know, those twisted, distorted images of a few letters and numbers which you have to try to read and input to prove you're human. These are a big PITA, but they're one of the easier way to defeat spammers, yet some still get past. This shows how.

Windows only, sorry. It seems that very few people even know about the Windows-E combination to start an Explorer instance. Well, this open-source freeware lets you assign any program to any Windows-key combination press.
